2. Bookings

A booking is complete only once Chaba Group staff confirm it, directly on LINE or by phone. We do not take bookings through third parties.

3. Pet policy

Chaba Group welcomes pets of every size and breed, with no limit on numbers and no extra fee. Pets must not be left alone in the room.

4. Payment

Chaba Group staff never call guests asking for a bank transfer outside the confirmed booking channels. If anyone uses the hotel's name to ask you for money, please tell us right away.

5. Intellectual property

All content, images and logos on this website belong to Chaba Group and may not be used without permission.
